Contract Models to MMO Suppliers with the aim to valuate gross margin impact of risks and upside potential. Enable suppliers to be in control from start of tendering until completion of contract. Elements included such as; management cost, manhour rates, mobilization costs, profit elements (KPI’s) and LD milestones.
Project Models for Operators and Partners to secure decision gates from concept evaluation to start of production. Impact on project economics (NPV/IRR) due to changes in e.g. CAPEX, OPEX, Schedule or operational strategy. A typical customization of the Model is to expand with scenario evaluation.
Operational (OPEX) Models for Operators and Partners to ensure cost control of operational strategy and planning from start to end of production. Economical impact of changes in operational schedule, OPEX elements such as; production profile, regularity, organization, manning etc. Customization may be to extract and highlight critical factors such as regularity and production profile and impact of these on the overall OPEX Model.
Introduction of a complete Field Development Model is planned to 2nd quarter 2018. This model will be an extension of the Project Model to include portfolio strategies i.e. valuate several business cases from a portfolio perspective.
